vandaag erg opgeschoten ...weer een volle dag werk...

Ditmaal matchen van de regulators welke een zo mooi mogelijke spanning naar de shunts geven....en daarna het boren van de vele nieuwe gaatjes in het board evenals het wegnemen van bestaande printbanen en het hardwiren van de nieuwe routes...enfin foto's spreken voor zich... ;)

...print gaat erg zwaar worden (geef niet wordt straks extreem ondersteund...en je raadt nooit met welke houtsoort  :-X)...

Er wordt middels 3 niveaus een ideale routing gebouwd naar de PCM's.... ;)

Uit een ver verleden heeft iemand ze er eens opgeplakt als koeling/massa/afscherming..ik laat ze maar zitten want ik wed dat het erg sterke lijm is...en het doet geen kwaad...al zou ik dat nu inmiddels zelf eleganter op weten te lossen... ;).

Hi Erik,

Als je regulators selecteerd die de shunts voeden, zou ik ze op minimale ruis selecteren en niet alleen op uitgangsspanning.

Hoi Doede,

Inderdaad, wat de foto niet laat zien is dat ik veel verschillende merken regulatortjes heb gekocht in verschillende electronica zaken (hun voorraad) dus er vinden 2 selecties plaats.
Maar in ieder geval wel bedankt.... ;)

Gisteren weer samen lekker te keer gegaan en het "vliegdekschip"...uhh Matriarch heeft zijn 3e set Shunts gekregen...de eerste 2 sets zijn nu volledig bedraad...erg veel hardwire ipv printsporen wat straks ongetwijfeld veel bonus gaat brengen  8)

Vandaag was het bedraden van de Shunts, monteren van de (Tent)clock en clampen van het mini-trafootje aan de beurt...weer een middagje 8)

Foto 1 een mini clampje van ebben gemaakt zodat dit trafootje niet meer met smurrie aan het board gekit hoeft te worden :(...het langere M3 boutje kan nu zo aan de print  ;)

De clock heeft een VEEL betere montage gekregen...deze stond eerst enkel op zijn verbinding te waggelen en krijgt nu een heuse pilaar van ebben waaraan hij met 2 afstandringetjes muurvast verticaal geschroefd kan worden het geheel ook weer muurvast aan de print geschroeft.....hier is een goede montage van extreem belang...weer mooie korte verbindingen door een goed gekozen lay-out  :yin-yang:

Gelukkig heeft Audionote lekker dik printmateriaal gebruikt...maar dan nog krijgt deze print veel ondersteuning straks...

De receiver was aan de beurt en wat overige bedrading...

Allereerst het chip-houdertje verwijderen...ten eerste een slechte kwaliteit houder (niets verguld) en ten tweede ...de mooiste houder is GEEN houder... ;D
