Een dag verder met de Meicord blijft het overtuigen.
Min of meer dezelfde waarneming en ,vooruit maar omdat ie in een Linn steekt , de "tune" is aanstekelijker.

Ergens is het helemaal niet zo fijn , :tounge2:, aangezien het kabelgedonder bij dit type achter de rug leek.
Meicord is redelijk helder over hoe en wat en ik als leek vind het meer plausibel dan exotische legeringen of dubbeldikke mantels.
Gekker dan dit maak ik het ook zeker niet.
Houd je vd straat  ;D

Vanmiddag heb ik wat geexperimenteerd met 1 absorber en de diffusors.
De absorber was geen succes.Plat en saai.
Diffusors zijn 40 cm verschoven met als gevolg een ruimtelijker beeld zonder nare gevolgen voor de plaatsing. Die lijkt zelfs wat beter.
Vruchtbaar. :thumbs-up:

Floyd E. Toole's  "Sound reproduction" is trouwens binnengekomen.
Gisteren ben ik er in begonnen en het is prima geschreven, tot zover dan. :)
Mooi om te lezen over hetgeen ik zoal in de loop der tijd mij ben gaan realiseren, geen schade of schande echter  :D.

Nog even over de diffusors verplaatsen.
Zo' n netwerkkabeltje switchen is uiteraard best leuk , maar staat in geen verhouding tot "harde" maatregelen als deze. :sigh:

EPS is de high end benaming voor piepschuim?  :D
Vind het een verrassende materiaalkeuze voor diffusors (lijkt eerder dempend? -- meestal zijn ze harder)
dus vandaar mijn vraag naar het effect.

Piepschuim kost de wereld niet......dit is dus prijziger. :-X

Het moet omkeerbaar en flexibel zijn.
