PA of niet zou niet mogen verschillen bij gelijke parameters.
Ik heb een hoop PA drivers vergeleken en niet veel zijn geschikt voor een gesloten sub.

Dus M8 erbij gepakt en .......................zijn ze licht ovaal dus past niet.

M6x50mm torx bolcylinder (want 12mm kop) besteld bij RVS paleis. Aanrader !
Schroef-/houtmoeren M6 inbus bij Amazon.nl. Ideaal in vergelijk met die malle sleufjes.

De gaten in het chassis een beetje uitboren  ;D

Ik ben zelf al langer op zoek naar M8 inbus in de kleur zwart. Ik ga bij mijn toekomstige projecten de woofer chassis allemaal vastmaken met inslagmoeren. Vast is dan echt vast!

Zwart is lastig in M8.

Nu de 21" kast gemonteerd is vind ik die bij nader inzien ook al fors. Mijn Captivators liggen op de kant, dus lijken wat kleiner,
maar 21" is toch wel joekels.

Ik ga dit wat uitgebreid beantwoorden aangezien dit topic voor mij ook een "how to ( or not  :D)" is.

Alle butsjes verzinkgaten en kiertjes , inclusief de kopse kanten ivm het zuigende van MDF, plamuren ,vullen en afstrijken met MDF vuller.
Vervolgens de hele zaak gladschuren.

MDF primer aanbrengen.
De kast wordt RAL 3026 , dat is nogal rood, in Raptor truckbed liner. En dat is nogal ruw, maar super taai.
Ik ken dit soort finish van mijn JTRs en ben er fan van.
Dit wordt normaal gesproken gespoten maar valt ook te rollen met de rolkit van ze.

Aansluiting wordt Neutrik Speakon NL4MPR.
Voetjes SVS Soundpath (4) in M8 rampamoer.

Vandaag 3 kanten geschuurd, zijdes, en dus nog 3 te gaan.

Ik geniet van het proces en moet ook eea gaandeweg ontdekken.
Zoals het feit dat een 21er wat lastig manoeuvreert in huis (als je hem al kunt tillen. ik niet dus). :D

Oplossing was alles op de plateauwagen doen en telkens de kubus één zijde roteren. :thumbs-up:
