Mogelijk. ;D

Met 620x620x500 mm kom ik op 146 l, zonder driver of bracing (bij 25mm MDF).

Op de één of andere manier krijg ik de drivermaten niet in WinISD ingevoerd. Telkens is er de melding "check Qes Qms Qts" als ik wil saven.

Hmmm, heb het wat beter door.
Qes en Qms invullen ,maar Qts niet.

Contact met 18sound leert mij dat gesloten en compact een hoge Qs de voorkeur heeft. Zwakke motor en slappere ophanging = kleinere box.

Bij mijn versie click ik hem gewoon aan,als ik een nieuw project maak .
Ipv een driver uit de data base .

Gaat inmiddels goed met WinISD zelf.

Kan nu ook de afmetingen invoeren.

Kist wordt 600x600x500 (HxBxD) van 25mm MDF.

Driver de 21LW2500 of de 21NTLW5000 van Eighteen Sound.
Eerste is iets voordeliger en zou wat meer SPL bovenin kunnen geven. Mwah.

Als je paar dingen door hebt,wat jij altijd snel doet  ;)
Is het niet zo moeilijk om een sub te berekenen.

Op deze manier heb ik gepoorte subs leren berekenen.
Door te vragen.
En dan mee gaan rekenen om te kijken wat er gebeurt.

Hoe teken je dit nu zo uit dat een willekeurige houtbewerker hier een mooie kloppende stijve kast van kan maken? Of doe je dat zelf?

Is HDF of multiplex niet beter?

En is een grotere kast niet altijd beter bij zo'n enorme joekel?

Ik ga het zelf doen.
De maten zijn simpel, want decimalen, icm 25mm MDF.
Zagen in de bouwmarkt.

Multiplex lijkt mij lastiger te verwerken en met enige bracing is 25mm MDF ruimschoots voldoende.
HDF is echt niet nodig bij mijn weten.

Nee, want je wilt diep spelen.
Diep betekent dat de driver pas laat,onderin het frequentiebereik, zijn Xmax haalt.
Een kleine kast maakt dat mogelijk.
De prijs is een lager rendement, maar dat valt met vermogen op te lossen.

als ik weer iets ga bouwen ga ik 18mm mdf verlijmen met 12mm multiplex .
dat resoneert veel minder en is veel stijver , en 30 mm rekent ook best makkelijk

Ik heb zelf ook nog plannen maar voorlopig kan ik maar moeilijk knopen doorhakken. Ook heb ik andere bezigheden these days...

Is enkel B&C zo moeilijk verkrijgbaar? Covid heeft sowieso een impact op productie en levering wereldwijd.

18Sound is iig wat beter te verkrijgen.

Klopt en die twee zaten natuurlijk in het epicentrum vwb Europa en covid. :(
