Ik sta op het punt om mijn Atmos speakers te monteren.

De speakers komen op een Trespa plaat, 8 mm, en de plaat gaat tegen het plafond.
Om de LS draad door te laten moet er een kier tussen plafond en plaat komen.

Ik ben van plan dit http://www.akoestiekwinkel.nl/regupol-trillingsdempende-ontkoppelingsstroken
te gebruiken tussen de Trespa plaat en het plafond.
Op elke hoek een blokje 5x5 cm waar de schroeven doorgaan naar het plafond en 4 blokjes 5x5 cm meer centraal op de plaat.

Ben bang dat het effect van ontkoppelen, waarvoor dit materiaal is bedacht, teniet wordt gedaan in jouw situatie. Zeker als je met schroeven door de trespa plaat en de regupol het plafond in gaat. Als afstandhouder zou het best het beoogde resultaat geven, maar daarvoor lijkt regupol mij niet de meest voor de hand liggende keuze.

Ken je onderstaande dempers?

Bovenstaande demper zal idd beter werken imo,die ontkoppeld echt ipv een schroef die toch nog weer koppelt aan je bevestigingspunt.

Als je door de ontkoppeling gaat met een schroef is die ontkoppeling totaal zinloos.
Ik bazel maar wat.

De schroefdraad loopt niet door in de ontkoppelaar.

Dat waren ook mijn gedachten.
Het voornaamste doel is echter een goede bevestiging die de druk verdeelt en voorkomt dat het plafond al te zeer beschadigd raakt.
Hout , metaal of alu lijken mij daarvoor minder geschikt.
Ook schijnt Trespa gevoelig te zijn voor temperatuur en ,al schommelt het in woonkamers nooit zo als buiten , het Regupol zal ietsje meegeven.


Die dempers zal ik checken. :)

Het plaatje van die demper heb ik op Manutan gevonden. Zijn in diverse groottes en met bevestigingsmogelijkheden (binnen-/binnendraad, bi-/buitendraad, bu-/bu.dr.) verkrijgbaar. Het schroefdraad loopt idd niet door, wat de ontkoppeling ten goede komt.

als je dergelijke trillingsdempers wil kopen kan ik je rubber-shop.nl aanraden, heb er al meerdere malen besteld en erg tevreden van hun service.
ze hebben zowat alles van dit soort materiaal voorradig ;)

Kijk voor een trillingsdempers type B (zoals op de foto), op de tekening is een type C te zien  ;)

Let wel op: rubber wasemt uit, maw. als je deze direct op je plafond monteert krijgt je van die mooie zwarte kringen  ;D

Gaat wel werken overigens.

Dat valt reuze mee. die swingrubbers worden in de modelvliegerij veel gebruikt als motorophanging. Heb t ook gehad, nooit iets losgetrild.

Inmiddels is het binnen.

Het is veel zachter/flexibeler dan gedacht en snijden gaat het best met een gekarteld mes.
Ik heb een oud broodmes gebruikt.
