....en nog steeds niet genoeg koper... ;D

Buiten het feit dat ik die 3 extra tabletten van 10 mm dik al snel erbij kocht...ga ik vanmiddag alweer
"vers" koper aanschaffen voor de deksel van de ESP-6 R.E. Power Supply..... 8)

Ik ben voornemens om de Power Supply ook qua looks zodanig te verfraaien dat het een bij elkaar horende set wordt....(ondanks dat deze supply uit het zicht achter een afgeschermde muur in een audio-werk-kast  :P staat) ;)

Even wat anders over de verkrijgbaarheid van mooie componenten. Eric klaagt er regelmatig over. Ik kwam via wat Googlen op de deze site terecht. Met echt mooi spul. Helaas geen bijvermelde prijzen. Ik heb een mailtje gestuurd voor meer info en kreeg meteen reactie. Maar ja, een beetje voorzichtigheid is de mens eigen.  O0

Heeft een lezer van het HT Forum hier al eens wat van betrokken?  :)

Ik ken allebij de links......uit Indonesie laat ik gevoelsmatig niets opsturen....
De andere link daar bestel ik wel regelmatig bij...geen probleem...hij is alleen niet goedkoop.. ;D

Ik probeer niet te klagen maar wel verslag te doen over de verkrijgbaarheid. :P...als het me lukt meld ik het in ieder geval ook steeds... :)

Ik wacht alleen nog op de Riedons..en nog wat Vishays ik denk nog een weekje of 2 voor de Riedons...voor de rest heb ik eigenlijk nu alles in huis om het af te bouwen...

Edit :  Net terug van een waanzinnig goede metaalwinkel in Den Haag..Kokkelink.. ;)
Zeer veel messing en koper op voorraad....gelijk een 2 mm dikke koperen deksel gekocht (dat geeft een behoorlijk zwaardere feel dan 1.6 mm :o) evenals messing dopmoertjes en schroeven......ik kan erweer tegenaan.... 8)

Dat is ook wel te verklaren, stijfheid gaat met de hoogte tot de derde macht. Dat betekent dat je plaatje van 2 mm zomaar 2x zo stijf is als die van 1.6 mm. Het is maar dat je het weet ;) .

Okay....Dank voor De Detail... ;D

Vandaag een 2e partition gemaakt voor de laagspanningstrafo's maar ook om de Power Supply Kast te verstevigen.. :P

Daarna de hele boel uit elkaar gehaald....

Ik kon het niet laten om de aarding en de zekering van de oude SP6 te gebruiken....Nostalgie.... ;D

Symetrisch  ???...............de Power Supply van een pre.. ???

Anyway...vandaag heel veel tijd besteed aan de trafootjes en hun ophanging....tevens het hout weer voorzien van de nodige kleurbeits lagen...voor een contrast met Cocobolo sierstrippen  zodat het straks een setje wordt...

Ik heb eerst messing afstandbusjes gemaakt en met dopmoeren (jawel gekocht) afgedopt ....het trafootje zit nu echt muurstrak in zijn jasje....dopmoertjes zijn puur voor de sier maar het oog wil ook wat.... :P
