Ik zou wel alle draden waar wisselspanning door gaat even twisten om het veld zo klein mogelijk te houden.

Yepp...ik laat eigenlijk alles in een (te) vroeg stadium zien...wat hadden er nl. even snel spanning opgegooid om wat dingen te meten... ;)

Anyway nu wordt er nagedacht over hoe kort mogelijk de bekabeling tussen de componenten onderling ...lees ook muurdoorvoer....buiten het schuiven/verplaatsen van componenten vind ik eigenlijk de enige echte oplossing een nieuw " Rack exact op maat"  voor aan de andere kant van de muur ...

Zie de werkfoto's rack der racken voor de liefhebber......ditmaal een zeer hoog nabouwgehalte... ;D

Hij gaat met 4 olifant-achtige-poten uitgerust wordeni...dus gelijk een naam...." De Matriarch"  8)

Gisteren een soort Marathon sessie...eerst het vanaf half 9 verder aan " Het 2e Rack"  en daarna van 3 tot 10 weer samen aan
de ESP-6 Rugged Edition gewerkt... ;D

Eerst heb ik de hoog laagspanning snoeren gebouwd...
Dunne zilveren aders voor de hoogspanning en dikkere voor de laagspanning...ook een afscherming gemaakt uit een YmvKas en als isolatie teflon en een zwart jasje voor de looks... ;D

El cheapo powercord met ditem connector is nog even puur voor het sap....zal wel weer een Furutech connector worden....al is het maar voor de " Snake-like grip"... ;D

Daarna een mounting voor een stabilisatie board dus koperen hulzen op lengte gemaakt en voorzien van messing schroeven...

Anton had inmiddels het hoogspanningsstabilisatieboard (max. punten bij de scrable ;D) gebouwd
(op basis van de ESP-6)

Vergeet niet dat deze voedingconfiguratie bij mij al 15 jaar zijn diensten heeft bewezen...dus niets nieuws onder de zon...alleen jullie zien hem voor het eerst... ;D

Is in Nederland (lees ook bij een van de HT sponsoren ondanks de veel belovende site ???) niet makkelijk aan te komen zeg......eigenlijk uberhaupt niet zulke hoge werkspanningen...maar okay dat is mijn bewuste AR-keuze dus niet mopperen... ;D.....

Goed AE heeft het WEL in voorraad...dat wordt weer een ritje Schagen.....want als je zijn bestelvoorwaarden leest wordt je er niet vrolijk van....lang leve TNT :'(

Ik weet niet precies of AE ook een HT sponsor is ...maar niets als lof... ;D

Ontzettend aardige meid hielp mij een zekere Kim..(met kennis van zaken !!!!!)....daarna met een andere jongen een rondleiding in het trafo wikkel fabriekje gehad van Wil Blauw.... 8)

Prachtige oude machines die nu hun werk vaak op spec doen van de opdrachtgever...

Enfin ik heb nu werkelijk al mijn spullen binnen....en over een weekje vrij  :P

Er is weer lekker aan gewerkt en hij raakt aardig vol......foto's spreken voor zich....

Ook zie je de 100+100uF/500V WKZ van Blackgate...een schaars goed tegenwoordig.... :'(

Het hoogspanningsstabilisatieboard is klaar en ook de laagspanningsgelijkrichting...evenals een indicatie lampje (oranje) voor de hoogspanning...er komt er nog een voor de laagspanning.... ;D
