Vaker dan eens werd een set versterkt door arcam welke ik erg mooi vond klinken. In demo ruimtes van winkels en op beurzen bijvoorbeeld. Die 850 zal helemaal een bijzonder fijn monster zijn lijkt me.  O0

Inmiddels staan de twee verkochte versterkers klaar ter verzending.
Twee plus de Linn DS te gaan.

Ik heb vervolgens, als eerder vermeldt , de twee Powersofts om in de tussentijd eens fijn mee te 'spelen'. :D

Overigens voor mij liefst geen RCA/cinch verbindingen meer.
Klik XLR  is zo veel prettiger. :)

Bridge mode is dus niet nodig en de K3 is lekker compact.

Alles is nu los en acher de set is het weer aangenaam schoon.

Volgende week gaat de Marantz met de Powersofts aangesloten worden.
Ik moet nog wat Neutriks monteren aan de VanDamme kabels voor de subs , maar
de rest heb ik in huis.
Dat bleek nogal wat te zijn ondanks de verkopen.
Net een ekster blijkbaar. :baaa:

Dat is eigenlijk ook mijn verwachting in mijn set evt. Niet dat ik 1 2 3 ga overstappen maar "it crosses my mind" zo nu en dan.  :D

Op 1 SDA-2175 na zijn alle kastjes nu verkocht.
Nog eea aan kabels te gaan.

Gisteren de subs opnieuw bekabeld met VanDamme 4mm2 en Neutriks, dus er is weer wat opbouw.

Vandaag staat de Dual Core en Powersoft K3 aansluiten en inmeten op het programma.

Eerst hoe het nu aangesloten is.

Marantz AV7702Mk2 processor.
Powersoft M20D op de fronts.
Powersoft K3 op de subs.
Tussen de Powersoft K3 en de Marantz zit nog een Anti Mode Dual Core.
Dit om wat extra mogelijkheden te hebben om de subs in te regelen.

Bekabeling:
Nordost Valhalla netsnoer Marantz
Procab 3x1,5 mm2op de Powersofts
VanDamme 4mm2 studio LSkabel op fronts en subs. Neutrik SpeakOn connectors  :worship:.
Nordost Frey IC van Marantz naar M20D.

De interne streamer van de Marantz dient als bron.

Ik heb een 6 punts XT32 meting gedaan ( na eerst de subs met de Anti Mode ingeregeld te hebben).
Crossover zet ADSY op 90 Hz , afstanden 273 cm fronts/ 414 cm  subs ( extra cm's subs worden veroorzaakt door de interne delay van de Dual Core).

De klank:
het eerste is ABSOLUTE controle.
Voor mij weer een nieuw referentiepunt in deze.
Totaal onvermoeiend en relaxed terwijl ik toch echt naar 0 dB op de Marantz staar. :D

Afbeelding in diepte breedte etc is groots.
Laag is rotsvast , maar mag wat meer zijn. Daar dus nog wat tweaken.

De Powersofts zijn subliem naar mijn smaak.

Maar dan..........de K3 heeft aanzienlijk fan noise. Geen Lab Gruppen, maar ik hoor hem.
Als ik speel nauwelijks ;).
Echter het valt bij stilte op.
