Ik heb het bij meerdere oude mensen gezien.
Er treedt een domino-effect op waarbij ze van de ene naar de andere kwaal/ gevarenzone ketsen.
Ondanks dat ik er bovenop zat leek het niet te stoppen.

Er kwam nog een staartje, maar inmiddels is ze weer stabiel en monter. :)

Ik heb weinig kunnen luisteren of kijken, wel House of Cards seizoen 1. :worship:
Intro-tune zit trouwens lekker laag in. Op blu-ray dan.
Via Netflix dacht ik dat mijn subs niet meededen. :nowink:

Klopt.
Nogal wat data-reductie/compressie door Netflix toegepast.
Voor kwaliteit hoef je dus geen Netflix te gebruiken.
Wel erg makkelijk kijken. :popcorn:

Ik had een erg drukke tijd dus kom nu pas weer in de gelegenheid weer eens met de set te stoeien.
Laatste firmware op de Linn DS en een Tidal trial.
Tidal werkt prima en ik merk amper iets van verminderde SQ.
Er zit wat bij dat net ff wat straffer vanaf de laptop SSD/Asset UPnP klinkt maar het blijft meer dan OK. :music:

Room optimisation gebruik ik nu ook : 3 custom filters op 230 (+2dB) 260(+2dB) en 870 (-3dB).
Net wat meer slam en pop uit de JTRs en rustiger mid.

Niets te melden anders dan dat ik inmiddels bij meer tracks en albums verschil hoor tussen Tidal en eigen rips.

De service op zich ben ik over te spreken, maar zodra Qobuz op Linn draait ( non-beta) ga ik daar eens mee aan de gang.

Als je streamt, doe je dat met een USB Dac?

Ik kan niet goed benoemen waarom, en misschien is het inbeelding, maar een stream vanaf Qobuz met een USB DAC klinkt beter dan optisch vanuit de CD speler waarvan ik alleen het loopwerk gebruik naar dezelfde DAC of vanaf de SQBT waarmee ik coaxiaal naar de DAC ga.

Als de USB DAC asynchroon werkt zou daar het verschil in kunnen zitten

Je bedoeld met de comp en foobar > usb DAC.
