Ik meld me weer even.
Ben er nog maar vraag niet hoe. :D

Weer een enorme dip gehad en nog gaande.

Deed braaf wat me werd verteld, maar er zijn echt fouten gemaakt.
Lang leve de geestelijke gezondheidszorg.
Eea werkdruk, wachttijd en onmacht.

Ik ervaar telkens onrust ,twijfels en grote angsten in allerlei vormen.
De laatste nacht die ik goed ben doorgekomen ligt al bijna meer dan een jaar achter me.
Nachtrust is inmiddels een vreemde.
Bizar hoe groot de kracht van het brein kan zijn.

Het is echt een schande hoe dat opgeleverd is.
Thermostaat werkt niet goed, nooit goed afgevuld , ruimtes zijn of te warm of te koud
muren zijn flink beschadigd.

Eea. wordt toch positief door de installateur opgepakt, heb ik de indruk.

Allen jammer dat al die herstelwerkzaamheden überhaupt nodig zijn. Als je dan zoals jij laag in je energievoorraad zit is dit hele verhaal slopend, dat kan ik me goed voorstellen.

Sterkte, en dat dit maar snel achter de rug mag zijn.
