Vandaag tijd besteed aan de voeten....zodat de bak wat meer " handelbaar" wordt... ;D

Uit dit blok ebben haal ik de voeten en de knop voor de attenuator....

Ik heb ebben gekozen omdat ik dit een prachtig materiaal vind dus een hoge sierwaarde....de volumeknop
kun je ook standaard kopen in de meest verschillende houtsoorten maar buiten het feit dat ze crimineel geprijsd zijn vind ik ze ook te klein voor mijn doeleind.... ;)

Niet vergeten om de centreerboor er op tijd uit te halen anders heb je een gat voor de as door en door.... ;)

Ik kies voor M6 voor de voeten ...

Hier zie je dat ik de mooiste selecteer voor de volumeknop....

De voeten voorzie ik van een messing plugje waarin een roestvaste M6 komt....we werken natuurlijk uitsluitend met NIET magnetisch te maken materialen....(messing koper en RVS)

Diameter van de voeten zowel als de volumeknop is 6 cm...en de dikte is 5 cm....

Je gaat wel voor drie poten, dat is al mooi om te zien. Ben je nog van plan een slappe ophanging te maken? Ook heb ik nog geen antwoord gezien op mijn vraag over de deksel.

Vandaag een beginnetje gemaakt met de "ophanging" van de Shallco.
Ook voor de gelegenheid een oude testvolumeknop gecustomized
(alle Amerikaanse maten anders. :(..dus boren en afslijpen..)

Gelukkig doet mijn schuifmaat ook dig inches

Nou ja niet echt er moet nog een hoop gebeuren... ;)

Omdat het eigenlijk een industriele stappenregelaar is en " ontdekt " door de audiowereld is de veerdruk veel te groot en ongedempt en daarnaast zorgt mijn behuizing ook nog voor wat "meezingen"......de voorversterker moet natuurlijk niet TE muzikaal worden.... ;D
