Erik, dat Cocobolo schijnt behoorlijk giftig te zijn (mn het stof). Hou je daar met het verwerken nog rekening mee?

neen..ik vond het wel fantastisch ruiken na het zagen, als houtliefhebber................................ik heb zelfs mijn vrouw geroepen.. :-X

Ik heb het tot nu toe alleen maar even gezaagd...het komt werkelijk al fantastisch van de boom... :o...de rest van de verwerking gaat met een mondkapje...promise... ;)

Hierbij het ebbenhouten balkje (zie je meteen dat alles weer gedemonteerd is) en de manier van koppelen aan de achterwand.
Dit gebeurd met M6 in een daarbij behorende schroefjacket wat ik in het ebbenhout draai.....
Om je een idee te geven hoe hard ebben wel niet is..de kern is 9 mm met het schroefdraad is 12 mm en normaal kies je 10 mm en draai je hem erin nu kies ik 11.5 mm !!!! en draai hem erin... :o

Tevens zie je dat het gat groter is dan de RVS schroef met plaatje zodat ik het houten paneel altijd weer kan stellen mocht het gaan werken  ;)

repareert metabo tegenwoordig wel?

ik had vorig jaar mijn boor kapot: moest de oude opsturen en voor +/- 50 euro kreeg ik een nieuwe terug.. wat op zich wel aardig was want de rest van de boor was ook al niet zo denderend..

...en dan na wel erg veel geduld het eerste paneeltje Cocobolo erop... ;)

Dit gaat op dezelfde manier...dus 3 Jackets en met M6 van binnenuit vastmaken met een steeksleuteltje...je ziet wat vet...voor in het M6 schroefdraad...het is wel wat grof allemaal ...maar ja alles is groot aan deze ESP-6 pre zullen we maar denken... ;D :-X

Eindelijk weer eens wat binnen...weer wat Vishay en Kiwame weerstanden en nog iets HEEL moois.....zware teflon draadbruggen van Grennan...zelfs ietsje mooier dan Yamamoto...the leader...van zulk soort spul..... ;D
