Ik denk wel dat die gaatjes het optisch wel compleet maken, ik zou het ook doen (als ik enige zelfbouwcapaciteit zou hebben)

Erik, wat een (wederom) prachtig project! Nadat ik veel van jou werkwijze van het Rack der Racken heb kunnen gebruiken bij de bouw van mijn eigen rack, ben ik dit weer met héél veel plezier aan het volgen. Alleen....... :( , ik denk niet dat ik aan zo'n buizenpre ga beginnen met mijn linker handen ;)

Volgens mij wordt dit een super buizen pre.....

Er komt een lading fotos maar ik heb ook wel wat overwonnen... :P

De vragen moeten vanzelf maar komen....hier is mijn uitleg...

Ik heb 4 gaatjes ban 2.5 mm geboord aan de onderzijde van de linkerdeksel hierin M3 oogboutjes getapt daardoorheen nylondraad...deze door het subchassisplateau en aan de onderzijde geborgd met een ring met borgschroefje....

Nu ik het snel intyp lijkt het makkelijker....enfin de laatste foto is mijn trots...het subchasis van een respectabel gewicht hangt " slap " aan 4 nylon draden 1 centimeter onder de deksel....en maakt verder nergens meer contact mee 8)

Het is allemaal wel zeer fijn werk en luistert echt op de mm....maar goed veel geduld dan kom je een heel eind....dit installeren doet niet onder voor een draaitafel afstellen..... >:D

Bar weinig (in verhouding). Veel minder dan de waarde van de onderdelen afzonderlijk. Dat heeft er mee te maken dat het een zelfbouwproject is en er dus geen gevestigde naam aan hangt. Je bent voor de verkoop afhankelijk van een paar die-hard liefhebbers die geen problemen hebben met zelfbouwprojecten. En dat zijn er niet zo veel (helaas).

dan vraag ik t anders, stel dat t naampje mark levinson of classé etc dr aan hangt, wat dan?
ik snap dat meeste mensen toch wat meer problemen hebben met zelfbouw, hoe mooi t project en apparaat ook is...

Dat is geen reële vraag: dat hangt er niet aan en dat zal er ook nooit aan hangen. Maar wil je een inschatting van de nieuwprijs van zo'n ding als het een ML of Classé of Krell of wat dan ook zou zijn: kostprijs inclusief uren x 2,5 - 3.

Sorry maar de ARC ESP-6 is niet te koop evenals mijn xXx-speakers... ;)

Het 2e subchassis is klaar..ditmaal ook de ophanging iets aangepast ...de oogjes vergroot en de bedrading vervangen voor gevlochten Dacron en enkelvoudig bedraad waardoor de compliantie behoorlijk verbeterde...zelfs op een totaal van slechts 3 cm draad je kunt nu met recht spreken van een slappe ophanging...uiteraard ook meteen doorgevoerd bij de eerste ophanging... ;D

...en nog een beetje gehobbied...ik vond een schaalverdeling nooit mooi (google bv. eens naar de Silver Rock  met dito Attenuatorpal daar is zowel de pal als de schaalverdeling lachwekkend...sorry maar moest even off-my chest  ;D)......maar goed smaken verschillen...en het voegt niets toe aan het geluid ...dus puur comfort... ;)

Ik heb gekozen om enkel een vergulde pal in de Attenuator te verzinken...zodat ik aan de positie van de pal genoeg kan zien op wat voor oorlogssterkte ik de avond ervoor gedraaid heb... >:D

Oja de pal gesloopt van een duur WBTje welke nooit in gebruik is genomen (ik soldeer alles ;D)...maar doel heiligt de middelen  :-X

Goed opgelet...inderdaad ik borg de attenuatorknop op de as met een sleeve welke weer uit de knop komt...ik maak binnenkort wel even een fotootje....dit met 2 borgschroefjes...er staan namelijk behoorlijk wat krachten op die as... ;)

Dus het scaling-pinnetje heeft gewoon zijn eigen plek.... ;D
