Vandaag even een stukje bedraad...Furutech/Fuse/Schakelaar/Massa

Ik heb Duelund Silver Oil/Silk Wire gebruikt.
Is een beetje vreemd met zo een flat core maar laat zich wel prachtig solderen...kortom valt me niet tegen en toch weer een beetje "old school"  ;D

Voor de On/Off Switch gebruik ik een "Apem" schakelaar mooi robust en hoort gewoon op iedere buizenbak... ;D

Dit is de bedrading waar ik momenteel gebruik van maak.  ;)
Ze noemen het "foil" maar het is behoorlijk dik.

Duelund silver foil 2 version (approx 16 awg)

this is the newest version with an extra layer of silk, which allows DUELUND to achieve better oil impregnation into the silk, which in turn gets more moisture to be "drawn" to the cable. This increases the wire's anti-static properties. The result is clearly better tonal presentation, depth of image, soundstage etc.

Zo, even de laatste paar pagina's van dit topic doorgenomen.
Mooi uitgevoerd hoor Erik. Ik ben heel benieuwd naar jouw ervaringen met de stabilisatieschakeling ipv de zenerdiodes.

Eén vraag speelt door mijn gedachten, waar splits jij de voeding in links en rechts? Zou je niet liever twee smoorspoelen gebruiken en dat als splitsing in links-rechts gebruiken?
De ruimte en soundstage worden dan toch alleen maar groter?

Heb je ook amorphe-kern spoelen geprobeerd? Ze liggen buiten mijn budget, maar ik ben meerdere liefhebbers tegengekomen.
Het blijft leuk om versterkers zelf te bouwen, zolang het maar met buizen gebeurt!

Vandaag mijn Oyaide kabeltje voor de 220V in orde gemaakt.

De C-037 wel eerst even met een dun teflon laagje omwikkeld omwille van eventuele resonanties (hoewel hij "naked" ook wel aardig past.

De Oyaide F-1 heeft een ronde Delrin binnenhuls de Oyaide C-037 een gekartelde buitenhuls  ;)

Het duurde even voordat ik door had dat je de bevestigingsring met wat kracht moet doordrukken om de Oyaide huls... ???...daarna draaide hij zich mooi vast.

Even een mooie kous "op kleur" om de Oyaide kabel gedaan...staat wat leuker  8)

De trafos vond ik achteraf bezien toch een tikkie "kitscherig" overkomen op het koper dus heb ik ze toch maar Hammerite zwart gespoten... ;D

Fit and Finish met de Oyaide cable PA-23, deze is iets soepeler ;D

Was ook een behoorlijke klus want ik heb alle lagen eerst van de oude trafo verwijderd met Thinner en staalwol...tot op het blanke metaal....nou dan ben je wel fff zoet....  :-X

Het is nu meer "old school" mooi metallic kleurtje komt ook erg dicht in de buurt van het origineel  8)

Vandaag....bedraden in het "echie"...

Ik gebruik de draadbruggen van Yamamoto vast te zetten met een M3-tje.

Dat Duelund is een aardig karweitje..op de aansluitingen halveerde ik voorzichtig het dikke folie anders is het niet te monteren...

DWZ de hoogspanning doe ik nog even met "normaal" draad dan kan ik ondertussen mijn zilveren navelstreng bouwen  :-X

Gaaf...gisterenavond natuurlijk alles spelende gekregen en wat schetste mijn verbazing (en mijn audiobuddy) mijn E.S.P. 6 Rugged Editon was duidelijk nu de betere naast de Kondo M-7 (een van de eerste modellen).

Ik zal vanavond eens een fotootje plaatsen van de "shoot-out".

Niets ten nadele van de Kondo hoor want deze pre speelt op een erg mooi niveau en was in eerste instantie misschien wel op een aantal punten ietsje mooier dan mijn zelfbouwproject....maar gisteren weer ertussen gehangen om te kijken wat mijn modificaties hebben gebracht ......en ik ben hem nu voorbij....(had ik stilletjes natuurlijk ook gehoopt ) :devil:

De grote kracht van mijn buizengelijkrichter (incl. een kleine schakelaanpassing in de Pre) is een mooier timbre op de instrumenten...gewoon echter/realistischer van klank....en veel meer rust ook bij drukkere passages geen luistermoeheid  8)
