snmp loopt vast

kan iemand mijn vertellen bij welke programma snmp exe hoort het loopt
steeds vast als ik de computer op start ik ben wel achter dat een programma van mirosoft is en dat met modem heeft te maken

1. Dit topic hoort meer thuis bij het PC stuk van dit forum...
2. snmp.exe hoort bij windows zelf (vast onderdeel van de installatie). Welke versie van Windows heb je en evt. welk servicepack. Loopt je pc altijd vast of alleen bij het opstarten van een bepaald programma? Geeft ie ook een foutmelding als je in 'safe mode'?

ik heb snmp exe gevinkt dat die niet weer opstart
anders draait die constant op de achtegrond <cpu gebruik>
alles lijkt nog te doen
