Culver City, Ca. (Sept. 13, 2002) - Sharon Stone (Basic Instinct, Casino, Total Recall) stars as a femme fatale in this edge-of-your-seat thriller, Cold Steel debuting in stores November 12. Brad Davis (Midnight Express, Chariots of Fire) also stars along with Adam Ant (Nomads, Face Down), Jonathan Banks (Beverly Hills Cop, Last Man Standing), and Eddie Egan (Out of the Darkness, The French Connection).

Directed by Dorothy Ann Puzo, Cold Steel follows a hard-nosed renegade cop pursuing an insane, out-of-control killer. During their chilling cat-and-mouse game of mutual destruction, things turn personal as the two lock horns in this spine-tingling, action-packed thriller.

When tough L.A. cop Johnny Modine (Davis) discovers his father has been brutally murdered, he's determined to get the killers - Iceman (Banks), a stiletto-welding Methedrine addict, and his sadistic sidekick (Ant). Once scarred for life in a brawl, Iceman, in a psychotic fit, blames Johnny for the mutilation that left him with a mechanical voice box. And now he's bent on revenge.

While Johnny vows vengeance for his father's killers, he enlists the help of a beautiful and seductive young woman, Kathy Connors (Stone), who leads them into a deadly trap ensnaring them both. Now in a dangerous game of cat-and-mouse, the two men careen through the streets of L.A. in a wild chase that culminates in an explosive, death-defying confrontation.
