UPN is asking Enterprise fans to vote for their favorite alien episode of the Star Trek series, which will then air on May 22 in the timeslot following the show's first-season cliffhanger finale. Fans will be able to vote in the "Your Favorite Alien" promotion on the network's official Web site, through May 21.

The winner will air at 9 p.m. ET/PT on May 22, following "Shockwave," the season finale, which airs at 8 p.m. ET/PT. Fans will be able to choose from five episodes featuring five different alien races: Suliban, Vulcan, Andorian, Ferengi and Klingon.

Ik ben wellicht een van de weinige Star-Trek fans met een snelle internetaansluiting die nog geen enkele Enterprise episode heeft gezien (ik wacht wel tot ze hier op TV komen of tot er een DVD uitkomt).

Maar de Ferengi waren toch nog een onbekende soort in de tijd voor 'The Next Generation'?
