Zomax Appoints Deloitte & Touche As Independent Auditors

Zomax Incorporated has appointed of Deloitte & Touche as independent auditors for the fiscal year ending Dec. 27, 2002, effective immediately.

The decision to dismiss Arthur Andersen and engage Deloitte & Touche was made after careful consideration by the Audit Committee of the Zomax Board of Directors and senior management. The decision was not the result of any disagreement between Zomax and Arthur Andersen on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure.
