Hypex Ncore amp in Amsterdam or Haarlem?

I am traveling to Amsterdam on Friday, and I'm interested in hypex Ncore ampilifer (finished products or DIY kit).
There is a store I can find it that also provide tax refund? (I am from non EU country)
I prefer to get amp based on the nc400.
Also I'm getting rme adi2 DAC, I want to get it from tone control on Haarlem.
