Welke surrounds aanschaffen?

Zoals een aantal misschien wel hebben gezien, heb ik mijn Aurum Cantus Leisures 3SE mkII te koop staan.

Ik twijfel nu wat als nieuwe surrounds aan te schaffen.
Een set Aurum Cantus V3M(gewone vloerstaander) of een set Aurum Cantus M-DS(zie foto 3).
Voor fronts en center heb ik Aurum Cantus Volla's en Rythm.
Ik gebruik de surrounds alleen voor film en tv.

Graag jullie ervaring/advies wat in mijn kamer het beste oplossing zou zijn.

Die moeten haaks op de luisteraar en dat betekent dat ze direct naar je muur afstralen.
Beter van niet dus.

Ok, vriendin had een grote voorkeur voor de M-DS-en aan de muur, maar dat gaat niet klinken dus.
Haaks bevestigen gaat ook niet lukken met een raam aan één zijde, dus gewoon de speakers weer neerzetten als ze nu staan is de beste optie?

Inderdaad.
Ik zit ook dicht op de achterwand en heb om die reden ooit voor directstralers gekozen.

Wat je wel evt kunt doen is wat hoger plaatsen.
Dan klinkt het net wat meer diffuus.

Ok, thx dan koop ik zeer waarschijnlijk de Aurum Cantus V3M's als surrounds.

Wel een beetje over de top voor surrounds, maar in het kader van de 4 G's matcht het beter met mijn Volla's en Rhythm center dan mijn huidige 3SE's :D.
Ben benieuwd of er verschil is.
Als ik mijn Leisures 3SE mkII dan nog niet verkocht heb kan ik mooi vergelijken.

Ik word altijd weer verrast als ik hoor hoe belangrijk surrounds kúnnen zijn indien geen sluitpost en goed matchen. :music:  :thumbs-up:

Helemaal mee eens.
Ik heb nooit melkpakjes als surrounds gehad, altijd goede speakers.

De 3SE's zijn al meer dan volwassen speakers die imo(en van anderen die ze gehoord hebben) menig luidspreker die 3x zo duur zijn wegspeelt en nu ga ik nog een stapje hoger.
De 3SE's matchen zeker met mijn Volla's en Rhythm, zelfde G-type ribbon, maar ik wou graag een speaker met dezelfde kaststructuur en afwerking als de Volla's. Ik weet niet of het klankmatig wel wat brengt, maar dat zien we binnenkort :colgate:.

De V3M's zijn besteld, ben benieuwd of er verschil met de 3SE's zal zijn.
Verwacht het eigenlijk van niet, maar kon de V3M's niet laten lopen.
