Support for the HOLO3DGRAPH-II board
(Lots of additional adjustments are automatically enabled if a HOLO3D-II board is detected)
(These additional adjustments are hidden if using the HOLO3D original)

Support for X-Card hardware DVD
(You need an X-Card cable and upcoming drivers in order to use this)

Automatically detects whether you have a HOLO3D or a HOLO3D-II board

Global Reset Settings To Factory Defaults added to Setup Menu

Picture settings reinitialized if you launch HOLO3D in VMR mode.

Saturation and Hue adjustments now LUT based, works on all inputs in 0.2 increments
(Hue adjustment behaves differently, more like a Red/Blue balance adjustment)
(Old Saturation/Hue adjustments have been moved to Setup Menu as Chip adjustments)

SECAM and PAL60 support
(You need upcoming drivers to take advantage of this)

Support for screens narrower than 1.78:1 screens (example: 1.66:1 screens)

Discrete Macros (Pronto, Girder users, etc) are now 4-digits instead of 3-digits. The first two digit is menu number and the last two digits is menu item number.
(Important: Macros needs to be reprogrammed. You may want to just test this release and wait till 2.0pre4 before reprogramming remotes/Girder. Setup menu is totally redesigned and a new Advanced Menu in 2.0pre4)

Better SendMessage API added for Girder users. One single message can directly access all menus in HOLO3D!
(Use message code 1092 and a wParam code where first 2 digits is menu number and last 2 digits is menu item number. Same as <REC> codes. For the first 9 menus, this means SendMessage codes are actually 3 digits due to the leading 0 not being used by SendMessage)
