Vandaag weer bezig geweest met het cd plateau...

Gefeliciteerd Erik! Waanzinnig mooi resultaat weer...

Hoeveel PSU's zitten en nu in, ik kom aan 7 :
- digi-out board
- main cd-motor
- stappen motor
- klok
- display
- strooi licht LED
- decoder / logic board

Enniewee, echt ongeloofelijk mooi. Maar klopt het dat de strooilicht LED
niet direkt op het centrum van de CD schijnt ?

Wat een prachtig resultaat Erik! Gefeliciteerd!
Heb je ooit overwogen een soort van 'zwarte stofkap' (zoals bij een platenspeler, maar dan mat zwart) te monteren zodat er tijdens het afspelen van de CD absoluut geen licht van buitenaf tot de laser kan doordringen dat eventueel verstorend zou werken?
- Het beste dat we kunnen bereiken is de minst slechte benadering van de werkelijkheid.
- MEET het beter? Dan IS het beter!

Het blauwe licht zorgt voor een "betere" aftasting,  dus afsluiten nee... :)

Zal wel meer dan 100 kg zijn...maar goed in tegenstelling tot de boombox ga ik er niet mee naar het strand.... :biggrin:

de evolutie van strand naar stand ... om over de evolutie in weergave maar niet te spreken (dat zou ik echt wel eens willen horen)

Ik heb recentelijk nog even een boomboxje nr. 10 opgebouwd uit de doos om wat testen te doen,  wel weer met spdif dus wbt RCA en Vishay/Caddock en wat blackgates (E-caps config)...je wilt niet weten wat een verschil als je dan dit aanschakelt.... :-X ;D

Hoi Erik, gefeliciteerd met het project! Omdat wij allemaal benieuwd zijn naar het geluid: zou jij in het kort kunnen vertellen hoe ie klinkt m.b.t. 3D soundstage, bas/midrange/treble, PRaT, detail retrieval etc. Wat is het klankmatig verschil met een Wadia loopwerk en wat is het verschil met CEC? Is dit het geluid wat je je voorgesteld hebt? Ben je 100% tevreden met het behaalde resultaat?
