XboX 360 PG3 New Downloads

You may have seen rumours around the Internet over the weekend; but now we can officially confirm it as being 100% official. The first Project Gotham Racing 3 downloadable content pack, named "Speed", will be available on Monday 17th April through Xbox Live, and will set you back 400 MS points.

"Speed" includes 12 brand-new cars, and some cool gameplay enhancements. Accompanying the DLC will be a small auto-update for the game, which you must download to continue playing online. Just boot up PGR3 whilst connected to Live and you'll be asked if you want to download the update.

As a thank you for being such a lovely bunch of gamers, we're giving you a free car along with it. The Aston Martin V8 Vantage is yours to keep as a freebie, with the other cars (like the Ferrari 612 Scaglietti) available for separate purchase or to download as part of the full pack. To get your free car, you'll need to visit the "Content Download" section of the PGR3 menus, and then choose to download the Vantage.

These cars will be added into the existing PGR3 car classes. Also, the Aston Martin V8 Vantage is a FREE download... you won't need to part with any money to drive it. Once you've downloaded the any of the cars (or the whole pack if you're feeling fruity) you'll be able to race in the same lobby as those who have downloaded the DLC, so it's definitely worth doing just for that reason alone.

You'll also be able to enjoy the following super-fun new features:

    * Improved car-to-car collisions, to help reduce players spinning out unpredictably.
    * The host can now quit back to the lobby (Playtime).
    * The host can lock the lobby to a specific car or class (Playtime).
    * Saving of other user's Custom Routes after you've played them over Live.
    * You can now show racer's positions on-screen in mid-race.
    * The HUD can now be hidden during a race, for the ultimate hardcore racers.
    * Now possible to race using manual gears in Race Against the Clock mode.
    * You can now see who's talking in Online Mode!
    * Steering wheel support.


All of the above features are free to everybody once they have downloaded the auto-update.


Update binnen gehaald,  voor de autos moet je het zeker al niet doen ( buiten de RUF, SR8) maar de online features zijn wel leuk
